Responsibilities: * Partner with store management to ensure brand initiatives meet expectations, guidelines and necessary adaptations specific to the region or market. * Maintain merchandise presentation on racks, walls and all areas throughout the apparel/footwear areas and the entire store as directed. * Maintain pricing, signage, and recovery of apparel/footwear department; and assist the Merchandise Support team in stocking, and maintaining a full apparel/footwear pad. * Respond to customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and ensuring customer understanding. * Identify customer needs and interests and offer additional products and services that benefit the customer and increase customer value. * Increase sales by suggesting and recommending additional products and services related to the customers purchase and buying history
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of apparel and/or footwear experience; 1+ years of leading a team; 2+ years of visual design or merchandising preferred. * Outstanding product knowledge and proven ability to stay current in product features. * Has a passion for the outdoors and possess outdoor experience either in a retail environment or from personal experience. * Outstanding communication skills with strong customer service orientation. * Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Flexible and adaptable to change with ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
